I grew up in Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK and after attending a language school, languages became my passion. I completed my Master's in French Studies at The University of Aberdeen and moved to the beautiful Swiss riviera of Lac Léman soon after. I also have a Master's in Audiovisual Translation, which led me to specialise in subtitling. I have been working as a freelance translator since 2018 and enjoy working on a wide range of projects from social media posts and annual reports to audiovisual translation and subtitling for the hard of hearing.
